Reginald Hart, a native of Wisconsin, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a minor in Project Management from Cardinal Stretch University. He currently has 15 years’ worth of real estate experience with expertise in “Real Estate Development, Construction, Commercial Underwriting, and Residential Wholesaling”. Although, a majority of his real estate experience developed from 10 plus years in residential new construction development, he has maintained a consistent growth into the complete understanding of commercial real estate development, and underwriting. During his tenure with Kush Construction, he participated and managed over 200 residential new build projects prior to his departure. Thereafter, he managed to start a property preservation company, whereby he functioned as owner, operator, and trainer, while working with multiple banks on post-foreclosure to maintain the property’s city code status. He later took on an additional role as a regional manager with a well MetroPCS as part of his effort to maintain multiple sources of income. While working with MetroPCS he was awarded top sales representative in all 50 states two years in a row. In addition to his many accomplishments with MetroPCS he was able to multiply and expand his territory by increasing sales and opening eleven additional stores which he was charged to manage and operate in the region Midwest on an executive level.
