Requirements
We are seeking a Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Real Estate Wholesaling, Both SF & CRE, and be familiar with the latest practices in underwriting, database searching, must also have experience with various real estate contracts. This is a ground-floor opportunity for an energetic, forward-thinking professional to join a company that is experiencing exponential growth, so the successful candidate will have an influence in an important strategic team of Realtors, Brokers, and Investors.
Responsibilities:
You shall be responsible for, but limited to the following duties; Researching and generating solid leads for multiple departments.
